The final report card for the Impact Measurement System (IMS) is the culmination of the comprehensive evaluation process of the social and environmental impact of digital assets. The report card is an essential tool that provides a holistic view of the impact of digital assets on society and the environment.
The report card is divided into four main sections: Manual Quant, GSRM, SDG, and IRIS+. The Manual Quant and GSRM sections include lateral column charts that represent the final score for each category in these rating systems. The SDG section is represented by a donut chart where each slice represents a different SDG. Finally, the IRIS+ section includes a detailed table of all 17 themes.
Manual Quant with lateral column charts:
Determine the final score for each category in the Manual Quant system using the methodology described in the Standard Disclosures section of the IMS Final Report.
Create a lateral column chart in your report by plotting the final score gradual values for each category on the x-axis and the name of the category on left of the column chart.
Color-code each bar in the chart to indicate whether the score represents a positive or negative impact.
Add a brief explanation of the Manual Quant system and the meaning of each category in the report.
GSRM with lateral column charts:
Determine the final score for each category in the GSRM system using the methodology described in the Standard Disclosures section of the IMS Final Report.
Create a lateral column chart in your report by plotting the final score for each category on the x-axis and the name of the category clear and visible.
Color-code each bar in the chart to indicate whether the score represents a positive or negative impact.
Add a brief explanation of the GSRM system and the meaning of each category in the report.
SDG with a donut chart and each slice represents a different SDG:
Determine the final score for each SDG using the methodology described in the Standard Disclosures section of the IMS Final Report.
Create a donut chart in your report by dividing the chart into 17 slices, each representing a different SDG.
Color-code each slice in the chart to indicate whether the score represents a positive or negative impact.
Label each slice with the name of the corresponding SDG.
Add a brief explanation of the SDG system and the meaning of each SDG in the report.
IRIS+ with a detailed table of all 17 themes:
Determine the final score for each theme in the IRIS+ system using the methodology described in the Standard Disclosures section of the IMS Final Report.
Create a detailed table in your report with 17 rows, each representing a different theme in the IRIS+ system.
Fill each cell in the table to indicate whether the score represents a positive or negative impact.
Add a brief explanation of the IRIS+ system and the meaning of each theme in the report.
The Global Impact Score is composed of the final scores of each Measurement System. The weightage assigned to each MS can be modified and adapted depending on the analyst's objectives. After assigning a final numerical score to each asset, the next step is to assign a letter score.
