# GSRM

The GSRM Decentralized application rating system is a comprehensive tool that helps evaluate and monitor the sustainable aspects of decentralized applications (DApps) and entities (DAOs).

It covers four main Key Categories: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics.

* **The Governance category** looks at the leadership team, partnership network, stakeholder engagement, funding distribution, and community involvement in decision making. 
* **The Strategy category** the business model, products and services, and innovation quotient. 
* **The Risk category** covers global and industry risk exposure and business risk exposure. 
* **The Metrics category** evaluates environmental impact, emission per transaction, and market capitalization.

This measurement system provides a thorough evaluation of the sustainability-related risks and opportunities of DAOs and entities.
