# Diversity and Inclusion

* The goals under this subtheme are aimed at reducing gender inequities in various areas, such as workplace conditions, pay, governance, leadership, ownership, and access to education and financial services.

The ultimate aim is to create a more inclusive and just society where everyone has equal opportunities and access to resources and services.
